There are many people who label Apathy as a negative thing. In truth i believe that by caring about and knowing about less we become closer to understanding everything. A nirvana like state if you will. Absolute apathy would be a state of pure unadulterated hapiness this is experianced by babies, the senile and spastics. How is this ignorantly blissful state not a goal of modern society? Why are people so busy caring about things?<br />There are many naysayers of apathy, plato said that 'the price of apathy in public affairs is to be ruled by evil men'. In truth 'evil' is a matter of subjectivity and therefore if one can truly learn to be apathetic terms like good and evil will not be relevant.<br />Apathy is an important gift and one that needs to be embraced, not rejected. We, as part of the world modanised enough to be blogging, need not worry about life. We don't have the worries of starvation or disease that trouble the rest of the wolrd. We have money and technology that has given us a deity like status. We have made ourselves live longer than we should and have made the lives that we have easy to manage. Yet people still concern themselves with irrelivant issues. Take terrorism for instance. Why do i need to be told that the twin towers were blown up? what purpose could this have other than making me scared to fly? If noone cared and noone knew then the tourism industy wouldn't have taken the plunge that it did and we wouldn't have killed many more people by stirring up trouble in the middle east. Needless! it didnt happen to me so i don't need to know about it.<br /><br />As such i am going to be talking about many issues that arise in the media and hopefully helping you to ignore them and, in time, forget about them. I will suggest games and pastimes that you will be able to engage in in order to ignore the inconsequential things happening in the world. In time my oppinion will be irrelvant to you and you will be able to bubmle your way through life uninhibited by the restrains caused by 'giving a shit'. In time i believe we will be able to create a society where rapists can rape, soldiers can kill and the greedy can prosper all without affecting you in the slightest*.<br /><br />I thank you for reading this. Time is important and i am glad that this humble writing has deserved your attention. If we work together i believe that we can start a revolution with our heads, working together to genrally not mind. We will be able to return the world to the way things should be ran, fuck this political crap, lets get back to being big rich apes.<br /><br /><span style="font-size:85%;"><span style="font-style: italic;">*should you be the rapist or the raped or in the imediate family or in imediate proximity to any of the above named parties i do not guarentee that this won't affect you 'in the slightest'.
